MBU alumnus Justin Hoagland Takes Over the Spartan Golf Programs
Justin Hoagland, a 1997 graduate of Missouri Baptist University and the 1996 American Midwest Conference Men's Golf Individual Champion, has been named the new MBU Head Men's and Women's Golf Coach.

The position will be Coach Hoagland's first collegiate coaching position. Coach Hoagland has worked as a teaching golf professional since graduating from MBU in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in Business. He has served as a golf instructor for the Hank Haney Instruction Program and for Golf Headquarters in O'Fallon, Missouri. He has also served as the Director of Instruction at Innsbrook Resort in Wright City, Mo. and at the Barrett Station Golf Practice Center in Des Peres, Mo. Hoagland currently serves as a Teaching Professional at Golftech, a national indoor instruction company, located in Clayton, Mo.

Coach Hoagland inherits a young Spartan team that will require a lot of training. Fortunately, teaching the technique of golf is something Hoagland values and has plenty of experience doing. Hoagland will begin his coaching duties at MBU immediately.
