(LEBANON, Ill., Oct. 28)--Theresa Kaiser of McKendree University has been named the American Midwest Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for Oct. 27. The honor was announced Monday evening by the league office.

Kaiser, a sophomore midfielder from St. Louis, Mo., netted two goals and had an assist in a pair of Bearcat victories last week. Kaiser scored both goals in a 9-0 McKendree victory against Harris-Stowe State University, while her assist was posted in a 4-2, come-from-behind win versus Missouri Baptist University. Both McKendree victories came at home last week.

For the season, Kaiser has collected three goals and seven assists for 13 total points. McKendree is ranked No. 17 in the NAIA and takes a 14-0-1 record into the final week of the 2008 regular season.

There were no nominees for AMC Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week.
