(SILVIS, Ill., May 19) - The NAIA has announced that 91 men's golf players have been named 2010 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes.
Missouri Baptist University senior Kyle Jasper was the American Midwest Conference representative on the Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete squad. Jasper, who also earned AMC All-Conference honors in 2010, is a senior from Marthasville, Mo.
In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status to qualify for this honor.
