Player of the Week - Jenna Shellenberg, McKendree College

Lebanon, Ill. - For the second consecutive week, Jenna Shellenberg of McKendree College is the American Midwest Conference Women's Soccer Player of the Week. Shellenberg, a 5-7 senior forward from Troy, Ill., earned the Oct. 16 award by etching her name at the top of the Bearcats' record book. She scored five goals on the week, and her final tally pushed Shellenberg's career point total to 111. That made Shellenberg the program's all-time leading scorer, surpassing the 109 points amassed by Kasey Stogsdill from 2001-04. Shellenberg now leads the AMC in scoring with 13 goals and 31 total points.
