Player of the Week - Natalie Jameson, McKendree College

Lebanon, Ill. - Natalie Jameson of McKendree College is the Oct. 23 honoree as American Midwest Conference Women's Soccer Player of the Week. Jameson, a 5-9 senior goalkeeper from Troy, Ill., recorded her third consecutive shutout in leading the Bearcats to a 4-0 victory Oct. 21 at Hannibal-LaGrange College. The win helped McKendree clinch its fourth consecutive American Midwest Conference regular-season championship. The Bearcats have won 17 consecutive AMC matches, and Jameson has been involved in 16 of those wins. In addition, McKendree has won its last 10 conference games by shutout. In 2006, Jameson has a record of 12-2 with a goals-against average of 0.96.
