2019-20 Presidents Cup

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the American Midwest Conference announced the cancelation of spring seasons on March 13, 2020 and the decision was made not to award the AMC Presidents' Cup for the 2019-20 academic year.  Below are the partial standings through the conclusion of the winter championship season.
