31 Runners Earn Daktronics NAIA Cross Country Scholar-Athlete Honors

Kansas City, Mo. -?The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2023 Daktronics NAIA cross country Scholar-Athletes ahead of Friday's National Championship.
Thirty-one student-athletes from seven American Midwest Conference (AMC) schools made the list. William Woods University had an AMC-best nine student-athletes earning Daktronics Scholar-Athlete honors, followed by Missouri Baptist University (6) and Cottey College (5).
In order to be eligible, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at the nominating institution.
