AMC Women's Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week - Week 1

St. Louis, Mo. - University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy's Taylor Washington (Track) and Hanna Burch (Field) have been selected as the American Midwest Conference (AMC) Women's Indoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week. They were selected from nominees submitted by each institution based on their performances from Dec. 4-10 and chosen through a vote of Sports Information Directors from around the AMC.
AMC Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week
Taylor Washington, Health Sciences and Pharmacy

- Beat her own school record in the 60-meters hurdles (9.28 seconds) and finished 2nd.
- Tied her personal record in the high jump in the first meet of the season.
- First AMC Athlete of the Week Honor.

- Performed at her first-ever collegiate meet at the Titan First Chance Meet.
- Placed fourth out of twenty athletes in shot put with a mark of 11.16 meters.
- First AMC Athlete of the Week Honor.
