AMC Outdoor T&F Women’s Athlete of the Week – No. 1 (Mar. 23)

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Montgomery Keck of Columbia swept this week's American Midwest Conference (AMC) Women's Track and Field Athlete of the Week presented by AMCOnTheGo, announced the conference office this afternoon.

- Competed at the UCM Invite
- Finished first in all three events that she competed (100-meter hurdles, triple jump and long jump)
- Finished with a time of 14.86 in the 100-meter hurdles
- Earned the NAIA "A" Standard in the triple jump with a 12.15-meter mark
- Had a 5.31-meter jump in the long jump
Track Other notable performance:
- Leah Macon-Ford, UHSP: part of the team that broke the school record 4x200 relay. Finished eighth in the 100-meter dash, 26th in the 200-meter dash, 15th in the 4x200 relay and 19th in the 4x100 relay.

Field Other notable performance:
- Shamari Long, UHSP: broke the school record in the javelin and was a member of the 4x200 relay team. Finished 10th in javelin with a 38.28-meter throw.
