St. Louis, Mo. – Jason Hunt of Central Baptist and Shamar Carter of Harris-Stowe earned this week's American Midwest Conference (AMC) Men's Basketball Players of the Week presented by AMCOnTheGo, announced the conference office this afternoon.

• Led the Mustangs in the offensive end scoring 62 points, averaging 31.0 points per game
• Averaged 62.2 from the field, 53.5 from deep and 72.7 from the foul-line in two games
• Recorded eight boards, four assists and seven steals 

Other notable performance:

• Johnny Anderson, Columbia: scored 31 points on the week, averaging 66.7 from the field, 62.5 from deep and 100 percent from the free-throw line.
