St. Louis, Mo. – Jesse Washington of Williams Baptist and Jemeal Goines of Columbia earned this week's American Midwest Conference (AMC) Men's Basketball Players of the Week presented by AMCOnTheGo, announced the conference office this afternoon.
 
AMC Men's Basketball Offensive Player of the Week
Jesse Washington, Williams Baptist
Sr. | G | Jonesboro, Ark.

  • Led the Eagles to an 89-59 victory over Pensacola Christian
  • Posted a double-double with 15 rebounds and 36 points for a new career-high
  • Made seven three-pointers

Other notable performance:

  • Najee Williams, Mission: scored 56 points in two wins on the week for the Patriots, averaging 28.0 points per game

  • Pulled down 19 boards on the week with seven coming from the offensive end
  • Blocked three shots and had three steals
  • Scored 16 points in two games

  • Justin Gill, Mission: pulled down 15 boards in two wins on the week for the Patriots. Had four steals and one block
