St. Louis, Mo. – Deion Wesson and Aseem Luckey of Williams Baptist swept this week's American Midwest Conference (AMC) Men's Basketball Player of the Week presented by AMCOnTheGo, announced the conference office this afternoon.

AMC Men's Basketball Offensive Player of the Week
Deion Wesson, Williams Baptist
So. | G | Jonesboro, Ark.

  • Led the Eagles on the offensive end to a win over Rust
  • Scored 33 points, going 12-for-18 from the field, 5-for-8 from deep and 4-for-5 from the foul line
  • Added five boards, four assists and four steals

Other notable performance:

  • Landon Engelage, UHSP: scored 26 points for the Eutectics in two games. Added six rebounds, two steals and one assist.

AMC Men's Basketball Defensive Player of the Week
Aseem Luckey, Williams Baptist
Jr. | F | Philadelphia, Pa.

  • Led the Eagles on the defensive end to a win over Rust
  • Dropped his first double-double as an Eagle with 20 points and 12 rebounds
  • Blocked two shots 

Other notable performance:

  • Jemeal Goines, Columbia: pulled down six boards and had three steals for the Cougars in the win over John Brown. Scored 21 points.
