AMC Men's Soccer Players of the Week - No. 2 (Sept. 2)

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Marko Dordevic of Missouri Baptist and Wil Rieves of William Woods were named American Midwest Conference Men's Soccer Players of the Week, announced the league Monday afternoon.

Both players are now eligible for the NAIA Men's Soccer Players of the Week which is announced on Tuesday.

• Scored six goals in three games, helping the Spartans earn two wins this week.
• Totaled 14 shots on goal and 12 points.

Other Notable Performance: Dawson Sawyer, Williams Baptist: Scored a goal and assisted another to provide two insurance goals for WBU's first win of the season against TAMUT.

• Played 90 minutes in between posts and recorded six saves in the Owls' 4-1 victory over Southwestern.

Other Notable Performance: Rodrigo Pina, Williams Baptist: Coordinated an Eagles defense that held TAMUT to zero shots all game in a 3-0 win for his fifth career shutout.
