AMC Men's Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week - No. 4 (Feb. 22)

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Jahari Hines of Health Sciences & Pharmacy (Mo.) and Ian Hammock of Columbia (Mo.) have been named the American Midwest Conference (AMC) Men's Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week, the conference office announced Monday. Hines and Hammock were selected based on their performances from Feb. 15-21.

Jahari Hines, Health Sciences & Pharmacy (Mo.)
Fr. | Vernon Hills, Mo.

• Competed in three events at the AMC Last Chance Meet.
• Finished first in the 400-meter run with a time of 52.96, breaking his own school record.
• Added second-place finishes in the 200-meter run and 60-meter dash.

AMC Men's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week
Ian Hammock, Columbia (Mo.)
So. | Dixon, Mo.

• Finished first in the weight throw at the AMC Last Chance Meet
• Tossed 15.54-meters.
• Third-Straight week winning the award.

  • Ralph Iweriebor, Williams Baptist (Ark.): Finished first in the 200-meter dash, setting a new school record of 23.78.
• Field:
  • Adam Vincent, Missouri Baptist: Finished first in the pole vault at the AMC Last Chance Meet with a height of 4.20-meters.
