Crawford's National Title Highlights AMC Athletes on Day Two of the NAIA Men's Indoor Track & Field National Championships

Brookings, S.D. - (NAIA Winter Championships Tracker Page | Results) Jordan Crawford (Missouri Baptist) highlighted the American Midwest Conference (AMC) performances on day two of the NAIA Men's Indoor Track & Field National Championships.
Crawford won the national title in the 3000-meter racewalk in a time of 12:54.85, nearly 21 seconds better than the runner-up. This is Crawford's second racewalk national championship as the graduate student claimed the 2022 NAIA Men's Outdoor Track & Field National Championship. Crawford is now a four-time NAIA Indoor Track & Field All-American.
Landon Dunlap of William Woods competed in the men's mile finishing with a time of 4:16.25, missing out on the finals by less than two seconds. Dunlap's time set a new William Woods school record.
The AMC had two athletes compete in the men's weight throw. Isaiah Hoelscher (Hannibal-LaGrange) tossed 16.65-meters on his first throw which was good enough for 21st. Columbia's Gavin Frantz finished 25th with a toss of 16.41-meters which came on his third and final throw. Both athletes missed out on advancing to the finals.
Frantz will compete in the men's shot put on Saturday at 2:00 PM and Donovan Denslow (Missouri Baptist) will take part in the men's 5000-meter run finals at 4:00 PM.
