AMC Men's Indoor T&F Athletes of the Week - No. 3 (Jan. 20)

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Ben Speaks and Jenson Starr of William Woods were named this week's American Midwest Conference Men's Indoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week, announced the conference office.

Both athletes are now eligible for the NAIA Indoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week which is announced on Wednesday.

• Competed in his first collegiate meet, the Coach Richard Alsup Open
• Earned a second-place finish in the triple jump with a 13.41-meter mark
• In the long jump, he finished sixth with a 6.37-meter jump

Other Notable Performance: Brett Bushue, UHSP: his fourth-place finish in the pole vault improved his own school from by more than six inches in the Coach Alsup Invite
