AMC Men's Indoor T&F Athletes of the Week - No. 5 (Jan. Feb 3)

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Gavin Mehrhoff of Hannibal-LaGrange and Brenin Howell of Columbia were named this week's American Midwest Conference Men's Track and Field Athletes of the Week, announced the conference office this afternoon.

Both athletes are now eligible for the NAIA Indoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week which is announced on Wednesday.

• Competed in the IWU Midwest Classic this weekend
• Hit the NAIA "B" Standard in the Shot Put after winning the title with a 16.32-meter mark

Other Notable Performance: Tucker Coleman, Williams Baptist: Claimed 2^nd place in the weight throw and fourth in the shot put at the Principia Relays.

• Broke the school record at the Principia Relays with his 60 meter dash preliminaries time of 6.98
• Finished fourth in the 200 meter dash with a time of 22.69
• Placed fifth in the 60 meter dash with a time of 7.08

Other Notable Performance: Kalieb Redda: Finished third in the 3000 meters at the IWU Midwest Classic with a time of 8:45.36
