ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Charlie Werth and Sam Markey, both of Columbia (Mo.), have been selected as the American Midwest Conference (AMC) Men's Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week the conference office announced on Monday.

• Finished second out of 60 runners in the 1500-meter run at the CMU Open.
• Ran 4:06.51 in the race.

Other Notable Performances:

• Zach Smith, Lyon (Ark.): Finished 6^th in the 800-meter and 7^th in the 1500-meter at the Harding Invitational. Ran 2:07.90 in the 800 and 4:29.43 in the 1500.
