ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Emmanuel Bonsu of Harris-Stowe and Brenin Howell of Columbia were named this week's American Midwest Conference Men's Track and Field Athletes of the Week presented by AMCOnTheGo, announced the conference office this afternoon.

- Finished fifth in the 100-meter dash (10.70) and seventh in the 200-meter dash (21.86)
- Placed fourth in the 4x100 relay (44.05) and seventh in the 4x400 relay (3:34.37)
- Recorded a new PR in the 100-meter dash
Other notable performance:
- Marcos Lara, Columbia: finished fourth in the 1500-meter with a time of 3:55.05.

- Earned a 30th-place finish in hammer with a 45.80-meter throw

- Jabbar Granberry, Harris-Stowe: finished fifth in the shot put with a 13.37-meter mark and seventh in discus with a 42.43-meter mark at the Cougar Classic.
