ST. LOUIS, Mo. – For the third time this season, Garrett Donald and Brenin Howell of Columbia swept this week's American Midwest Conference Men's Track and Field Athletes of the Week presented by AMCOnTheGo, announced the conference office this afternoon.

  • Competed in the Dewey Allgood Invitational
  • Finished second in the 200-meter dash with a time of 21.42
  • Placed second in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:32.15

Other notable performance:

  • Emmanuel Bonsu, Harris-Stowe: finished seventh in the 100-meter dash with a 10.94 time, eighth in the 200-meter dash with a 22.28 time and 4x100 relay with a 44.05 time.

Jr. | Westran, Mo.

  • Competed at the Dewey Allgood Invitational.
  • Finished second in discus with a 52.06-meter mark out of 28 throwers.
  • Placed fourth in shot put with a 15.76-meter toss out of 24 throwers.
  • Third consecutive Player of the Week honor of the season.

Other notable performance:

  • Jacobi Green, Harris-Stowe: recorded a school record in the javelin and a PR in the hammer, discus and javelin, at the Wildcat Invitational. Finished first in javelin with a 44.72-meter mark and second in discus with a 43.88-meter mark.
