Columbia Leads After Day One of the AMC Women's Golf Championships

Mountain Home, Ark. - (Results) Round one of the 2023 AMC Women's Golf Championship is in the books, as the golfers completed 18 holes at the Big Creek Country Club in Mountain Home, Ark. The championship will conclude with 18 holes on Tuesday, beginning at 8:00 AM.

Columbia leads after the first 18 holes by 27 strokes over William Woods. The Cougars shot a 327 (+39), while the Owls finished with a 354 (+66). Cottey (+69, 357) is currently third.

Individually, there is a three-way tie for first-place as Alyssa Hagewood (Central Baptist), Sydney Czanstkowski (Lyon) and Sydney Willingham (Columbia) all shot a +7 (79).
