AMC Women's Soccer Players of the Week - No. 1 (Aug. 26)

St. Louis, Mo. - Riley Porter of Columbia College and Alba Vigo of Columbia have been named this week's American Midwest Conference (AMC) Women's Soccer players of the Week.

Both players are now eligible for the NAIA Women's Soccer Players of the Week which is announced on Tuesday.

• Recorded a hat-trick in the Cougars' 4-0 victory over Briar Cliff.
• She had eight shots on goal and one assist during the week.

• Gabbie Wood, Missouri Baptist: scored the game-winner in a 2-0 victory over Baker.

Alba Vigo, Columbia
Jr. | GK | Barcelona, Spain

• She had two shutouts on the week, with one coming against #24 Missouri Valley.
• Recorded seven saves against Missouri Valley.

Other Notable Performance:

• Hannah Miller, Missouri Baptist: had five saves and her first career shutout in the first start of her collegiate career.
