AMC Women's Soccer Championship Game Preview

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - (Tournament | Bracket) The 2024 American Midwest Conference (AMC) Women's Soccer Tournament Championship will take place on Thursday, Nov. 14 at Columbia College. Kickoff is set for 6:00 PM.

Game 7: (1) Columbia vs. (2) Missouri Baptist - 6:00 PM

• This is Columbia's 12th championship match in 13 years, 11 titles, 10 straight.
• Missouri Baptist is 3-4-1 all-time in championship matches, they return to the title match for the first time since making back-to-back appearances in 2019 and 2020.
• Since expanding to more than four teams in 2008, the top-2 seeds have met for the Tournament championship 10 times, with the #1-seed holding a 6-3-1 advantage.
• Columbia has won the two previous head-to-head meetings in the Tournament championship game (2019, 2-0 and 2020, 1-0)
• The Cougars are currently ranked eighth in the final NAIA Women's Soccer Coaches' Top 25 Poll.
• Columbia defeated Missouri Baptist during the regular season contest on Oct. 19, 2-0.
• The Spartans took down Stephens in the Quarterfinals, then reached the finals after earning a win over William Woods in the Semifinals.
• Columbia shutout Central Baptist in the Quarterfinals, then knocked off the Health Sciences & Pharmacy in the Semifinals.

The winner will earn an automatic bid to the NAIA Women's Soccer National Championship First Round, which takes place at campus sites on Nov. 21-23.
