AMC Indoor T&F Women’s Athletes of the Week – No. 1 (Dec. 8)

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Abigael Achuo of UHSP and Montgomery Keck of Columbia were named this week's American Midwest Conference Women's Track and Field Athletes of the Week presented by AMCOnTheGo, announced the conference office this afternoon.

Abigael Achuo, Health Sciences & Pharmacy

- Competed in the Titan First Chance
- Broke school records in the long jump and 4x400-meter relay
- Placed third in the 4x400 with a time of 4:23.65
- Finished sixth in the long jump with a 5.03-meter jump
Other notable performance:
- Madeleine Ebeling, Haskell Indian Nations: broke the school record in the weight throw at the Washburn Alumni Invitational with a 12.23-meter throw.
