AMC Women's Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week - No. 6 (April 25)

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Ally Swaim of Central Baptist (Ark.) and Kaylin Powers of Hannibal-LaGrange have been selected as the American Midwest Conference (AMC) Women's Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week, the conference office announced on Monday.

AMC Women's Track Athlete of the Week
Ally Swaim, Central Baptist
Jr. | Vilonia, Ark.

• Finished 7^th in the 100-meter run (12.88) at the ASU Red Wolf open.
• Added a 9^th place performance in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.34.
• Qualified for nationals in the 100-meter hurdles by hitting the NAIA "A-Standard"
• Current AMC ranks: First in the 100-meter hurdles, third in the 100-meter run, third in the 200-meter run, and sixth in the 400-meter hurdles.

AMC Women's Field Athlete of the Week
Kaylin Powers, Hannibal-LaGrange
Fr. | Hermann, Mo.

• Competed in three events at the Culver-Stockton Wildcat Open
• Finished first in the shot put (12.55m), third in the discus (37.32m) and fourth in the hammer (37.86m).
• Set personal records in the shot put and hammer.
• Current AMC ranks: Second in the shot put and discus and fifth in the hammer.
