AMC Women's Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week - No. 6 (April 17)

St. Louis, Mo. - Ellie Dimond and Katie French of William Woods (Mo.) have been selected as the American Midwest Conference (AMC) Women's Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week, the league announced on Monday. They were selected from nominees submitted by each institution based on their performances from April 10 through April 17 and chosen through a vote of Sports Information Directors from around the AMC.
The next NAIA Women's Outdoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week awards will be announced on Wednesday.

- Hit the NAIA "B" standard in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:19.40.
- Finished 11th in the 400-meter hurdles (1:11.71).

- Added a "B" standard performance in the shot put (13.50-meters), which was good enough for fourth-place.
- Placed eighth in the hammer throw (48.22-meters).
