AMC Outdoor T&F Women’s Athletes of the Week – No. 4 (Apr. 13)

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Leah Macon-Ford and Reece Halley of UHSP swept this week's American Midwest Conference (AMC) Women's Track and Field Athlete of the Week presented by AMCOnTheGo, announced the conference office this afternoon.

So. | St. Louis, Mo.
- Competed at the Greenville Select.
- Took home gold in both 100-meter dash (11.83) and 200-meter dash (24.78). She broke the school records in both events while also qualifying for Nationals.
- Her time of 11.83 in the 100-meter dash was also a meet record.
- Finished seventh in the 4x100 relay with a time of 50.63
Track Other notable performance:
- Madalenn Fee, Cottey: ran a 4:40 in the 1500-meter, setting a new PR, school record and conference lead.

- Competed at the Greenville select
- Finished first in discus with a 38.40-meter mark.
- Placed eighth in shot put with a 9.83-meter toss.
- Earned a 13th-place finish in javelin with a 27.08-meter mark.
Field Other notable performance:
- Ellie Berendzen, Columbia: finished eighth in the hammer throw with a 50.38-meter throw at the UCM Mule Relays
