AMC Volleyball Players of the Week - No. 10 (Oct. 21)

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Gabi Jakubowska and Maiana Coelho of Missouri Baptist and Agatha Emanuelle of Columbia were named American Midwest Conference Volleyball Players of the Week, announced the AMC this afternoon.

All three are now eligible for the NAIA Volleyball Players of the Week which is announced on Tuesday.

AMC Volleyball Attacker of the Week
Gabi Jakubowska Missouri Baptist

• Led the Spartans to three wins on the week
• Recorded 37 kills with a 5.29 kill per set average
• Added four service aces

Other Notable Performance: Jamie Russell, Stephens: Delivered 40 kills, averaging 4 kill per sets and hitting .481 on the week. She also scored 44 total points, averaging 4.4 points per set.

Other Notable Performance: Julia Pereira, Missouri Baptist: Recorded 63 digs with an average of 6.30 digs per set in three wins for the Spartans including sweep over NCAA DII Maryville

• Totaled 115 assists with an average of 11.50 assists per set
• Sixth AMC setter of the week award on the season

Other notable performance:
Jenna Brinson, UHSP: Had a double-double on Saturday, and she also reached 2,000 career assists on Tuesday. She is only the 2nd Eutectic in history to reach that milestone.
Emma Whitson, Stephens: Recorded 122 assists and averaged 12.20 assists per set on the week. Stars had two conference wins
