AMC Volleyball All-Tournament Announced

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The American Midwest Conference (AMC) announced the 2024 Volleyball All-Tournament Team. The 12-player team is led by Tournament Most Valuable Player Gabi Jakubowska, an opposite from Tournament-Champion Missouri Baptist University.

The All-Tournament Team was selected by the eight Tournament-qualifying coaches. The MVP is voted on by a selection committee of two coaches and the Conference staff.

Jakubowska's performance was highlighted by a Conference Tournament record 30 kills in the championship match against Columbia which saw the Spartans win their fifth Tournament title in a four-set match. Over three Tournament matches, she recorded 63 kills (another Tournament Record), including 18 in the quarterfinal (vs. Central Baptist) and 15 in the semifinal (vs. William Woods). Jakubowska also contributed with 19 digs and 11 service aces in three matches.
