Which NAIA Core Value do you relate to the most and why (Respect, Integrity, Responsibility, Servant Leadership and Sportsmanship): The NAIA core value I relate to the most is responsibility. A responsible team member is helpful, conscientious, accountable, persevering, and reliable. I believe that all of these characteristics are important for success not only in athletics but in academics as well.

Why did you choose St. Louis Pharmacy: I chose STLCOP because it is a well-known and respected pharmacy program. I have access to state of the art labs and the campus is situated in the center of a busy medical center.
Who had the greatest impact or influence growing up: My amazing family that have supported my academic and running career throughout my life.
Role Model: Amber Tu. Amber is a senior on the STLCOP cross country team this year. She inspires me every day to be my best self. She is incredibly hard-working and genuinely cares about everyone on the team.

Greatest Sport Memory: Travelling with the team last year to Joplin, MO to run at the southern stampede. This was my first "big" meet and the energy was amazing.
